Blodgettweb, LLP was formed in 2005 by Matthew Cieplak and Max Masnick.

Matthew Cieplak has worked for the past three semesters at the University of Southern California's Student Affairs Information Technology department (http://sait.usc.edu), helping to develop web applications for various departments at USC, including an online voting application through which the University's 20,000+ students elected student body officers. In addition to numerous other previous projects, Matthew also worked at Kopavi Systems Inc., a Hamilton, MT based web design company, where he collaborated on the development of dynamic websites for clients around the world, and creating versatile applications to increase development efficiency.

Max Masnick became interested in web design in 1999 when he participated in the ThinkQuest contest for student-created websites. Max’s 1999 entry received an honorable mention from ThinkQuest and numerous other awards, spurring another ThinkQuest entry in 2001 which achieved similar success. Since then, Max has worked on numerous projects, which include designing and developing a custom content management system for the Bitter Root Land Trust, and working on a programming team to develop an online order/inventory management system (which replaced paper order forms and an antiquated database system) for the Candada-based John Forsyth Shirt Co.
